How long does the floor take to dry?

Do you offer a warranty on garage floor coatings?
Yes. Every job comes with a 3-year labor warranty. If the coating peels, lifts, or fails because of how it was installed, Tonny comes back and makes it right. When Tonny supplies the materials through his preferred suppliers like Sherwin-Williams, those products also carry their own manufacturer's warranty, so you're covered on both ends. If you choose to supply your own materials, the 3-year warranty applies to labor only, since Tonny can't stand behind a product he didn't source.
Can you do patios and showers?

What colors are available?

What's the difference between epoxy and polyaspartic floor coating?
Both are premium garage floor coating systems, but they work differently. Epoxy floor coating bonds deeply to concrete and is extremely durable and cost-effective -- it's the most popular choice for residential garage floors in the Hardeeville, Bluffton, and Savannah area. Polyaspartic coating is UV-stable so it won't yellow in sunlight, cures in as little as 8 hours, and handles temperature swings better than standard epoxy. How do I choose a color for my garage floor?

What are the drawbacks of epoxy garage floors?
Epoxy has four real drawbacks. It yellows and fades under direct UV light, so it is a poor choice for sun-exposed areas. It cures slowly, typically taking two to three days before you can park on it. It is rigid, so it can crack if the slab underneath moves. And it is unforgiving about preparation, meaning it will peel if it is applied over a sealed, dirty, or damp slab. None of these rule epoxy out. They just mean epoxy belongs indoors, on a sound slab, installed by someone who does the prep.
What are the downsides of polyaspartic floor coating?
Polyaspartic costs more per square foot than epoxy, usually noticeably more. It also cures very fast, which sounds like an advantage but means the installer has a short working window and little room to correct mistakes, so it punishes inexperience. Some formulations have a strong odor during application. And because it goes on thin, it is less effective than a thick epoxy build at filling minor surface imperfections in the slab.
Which is better, polyaspartic or epoxy garage floor coatings?
Neither is better in every situation. Polyaspartic is the better choice when you need UV stability, fast return to service, or flexibility over a slab that moves slightly, which covers most garages, patios, and sun-exposed areas. Epoxy is the better choice when you want a thick build coat that levels a rough slab, or when budget is the deciding factor on an indoor floor. Most of the floors Tonny installs use both: an epoxy base for build and adhesion, with a polyaspartic topcoat for UV resistance and wear.
How much does it cost to coat a 400 square foot garage floor?
Custom Garage Coatings prices by the job rather than by the square foot, so a 400 square foot garage does not have one fixed number. Square footage is only one input. The bigger cost drivers are the condition of the slab, how much grinding and crack repair it needs, whether an old coating has to come off, and which system you choose. A clean newer slab costs less to prepare than a fifty year old slab with a failed sealer on it, even at identical size. How long does a garage floor coating last?
A professionally installed epoxy and polyaspartic system lasts 10 to 20 years in a residential garage. A big-box roll-on epoxy kit typically lasts one to three years. The difference is almost entirely preparation. Coatings fail at the bond line, not in the middle of the film, which means a floor that was ground properly outlasts a floor that was not, regardless of which product went on top.
